The No-Gi Methodology

Petra Jiu-Jitsu is Conroe’s only academic environment dedicated strictly to the No-gi discipline. By eliminating the artificial grips of the traditional uniform, we strip the art down to its rawest mechanics—leverage, technical efficiency, and physical honesty. This clinical approach ensures your mastery is not dependent on fabric, but on a systematic understanding of human movement and grappling physics.
